"I got a lot more than I expected when I hired Ron Reyes as my agent when I was looking for a new home. My family was growing and my home was getting a little cramped. He came in and told us what we needed to do to get our home in great shape for showings and it only took one showing before someone had put an offer on the home for more than the asking price. He was great for the selling part but was outstanding when it came to buying. After selling our home we only had two months before we had to move in our new home. The builders were less than efficient and would not have our home ready in time before we would be homeless. We were given this news one week before our move out date. Liza showed me all the information about what houses were selling for in my area. when we put my house up for sale we had several offers within 2 weeks. We finally accepted an offer VERY close to full price.
